Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks a Java full stack and React Developer with DevOps exposure to design and deliver microservice based APIs using Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST, and Kafka. You will work with ReactJS, REST, and modern web tooling, ensuring robust API development and frontend integration.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise / hands-on in developing Microservice based APIs using Java 8+ / Spring / Spring Boot / REST Services / JPA.
• Hands-on experience with databases like Oracle, MongoDB, etc.
• Strong Experience with ReactJS, REST, OOP & prototypal inheritance.
• Experience using Web UI Debugging tools and building Single Page Applications with JavaScript.
• Experience in Distributed Event streaming platforms like Kafka.
• Proficient in DevOps / API monitoring Tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins (CI/CD), Maven, Datadog, Prometheus, Splunk.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes & cloud solutions like Azure / AWS; knowledge of code quality tools (SonarQube, Jacoco, Junit, Mockito).
• Development Experience using Agile / Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservice-based APIs using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Design APIs, ensure RESTful practices, and implement data persistence with JPA.
• Build responsive UI components with ReactJS and integrate with REST services.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to code reviews and testing.
• Utilize DevOps tools and monitor applications with logging and metrics.
