Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with 6+ years of hands‑on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications.

The ideal candidate will work across the full technology stack from backend services to frontend user interfaces collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, production‑grade software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive, dynamic, and scalable frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery from requirement analysis, design, development, and testing to deployment and production support.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with strong root‑cause analysis.
• Work with relational/NoSQL databases for data persistence and management.
• Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipeline processes for automated build, test, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, Design Patterns).
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
• Solid experience designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
• Strong frontend development experience using React.js, including Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component‑based architecture.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle; exposure to NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA for ORM.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in build tools (Maven/Gradle) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
