Job summary

Purview Services seeks a backend engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable services and APIs using Java Spring Boot and Python Flask/Fast. You will work with frontend teams, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver features and improve system reliability.

Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, championing automation, and ensuring observability with Opentelemetry and Splunk.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in backend applications and distributed systems.
• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Champion automation to streamline operational processes and improve system reliability.
• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage Observability through Opentelemetry and Splunk.

• Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage Observability through Opentelemetry, Splunk.
