Job summary

Cloudxtreme seeks a seasoned software engineer to develop and maintain Finance systems using Java/J2EE, OneStream, and related tech in a SaaS environment.

You will translate business requirements into system design, prepare detailed technical specs, and provide estimates working with Business Analysts. You may support on-call and ensure system availability through testing and regression checks across product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT/CS or related work experience.
• 3 years of experience configuring SaaS tools for Financial Systems.
• Industry experience implementing new SaaS systems.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and processes.

Job description

Develop and maintain Finance systems utilizing required technologies such as:

• SaaS Financial Applications required
• Java/J2EE – required
• OneStream – required
• Apptio – preferred
• Javascript / Query
• HTML/CSS
• Spring/Spring Boot, Spring REST, Spring Batch
• DB2 and/or ORACLE
• Data cubes and multidimensional data (preferred)
• Testing frameworks – Junit, TestNG, Mockito, Cypress, Jest, Jasmine
• Code Mgt – Github,

Translate business requirements into system design, work directly with Business Analysts on requirements, prepare detailed technical specs, and provide estimates

Provide system support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Potential on-call support.

Validate quality through testing of new code and regression of existing application results against likely data conditions. Support integrated testing within and across product teams.

Responsible for applying business and technical knowledge to ensure availability of our systems and complete moderately complex program assignments

What You Will Need:
