Job summary

Proconnect consulting is seeking a Java Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience to build high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade financial (BFSI) applications. The role requires hands-on Java EE development, Hibernate/JPA, and Spring proficiency in a Bengaluru-based environment.

You should have BE/B‑Tech/M‑Tech or MSc in CS or related fields, strong SQL skills, and a good grasp of OO design and RESTful APIs. Confidentiality is assured under EEO guidelines.

Job description

We are looking for a Java Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade financial (BFSI) applications.

Requirements

• Good communication and analytical skills
• Proven working experience in Java development
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Experience in the Spring Framework
• Experience in the REST architecture (Good to have)
• Experience with test-driven development
• Exposure to banking and financial systems (BFSI) will be highly valued.
