Job summary

V2 Solutions is seeking an experienced Java backend developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. You will design scalable, secure, high-performance backend systems and work with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). The role emphasizes mentoring, leadership, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Candidates should be proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL, and have a DevOps mindset including CI/CD and IaC. Healthcare knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring developers and working with cross-functional teams.
