Job summary

Synechron seeks a skilled AI/Java engineer who will design and implement AI-powered applications, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. You will contribute to scalable enterprise software and work with cutting-edge AI platforms to deliver impactful solutions.

You will participate in architectural discussions, integrate LLMs, vector databases, and RAG techniques, and collaborate in Agile teams on cloud-based projects across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in developing and integrating AI-powered applications, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in building REST APIs, microservices, and integrating AI models with enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain/LangGraph, and AI application architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills with experience working in Agile environments and cloud platforms.
