Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with expertise in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Python, and Machine Learning to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience building LLM-powered applications, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), integrating AI services into enterprise platforms, and deploying scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build intelligent applications leveraging RAG, prompt engineering, semantic search, and AI agents.
• Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Build scalable APIs and AI services using Python.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and data scientists to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, scalability, and cost.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions, and AKS.
• Follow best practices for Responsible AI, security, governance, and model monitoring.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI architecture and innovation.
