Job summary

Iris Software, Noida, invites a highly experienced Java Full Stack Lead to shape enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and AWS. You will own technical strategy, drive modernization, and ensure scalable, secure systems across the stack.

You will lead engineering teams, mentor peers, collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders, and promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud-native patterns to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Java 8+ and Angular 14+ with NgRx/RxJS for state management.
• Microservices architecture with REST APIs and multithreading.
• Hibernate and ORM best practices.
• Spring Boot with security (JWT) and design principles.
• Experience with AWS services (S3, RDS, DynamoDB) and messaging (RabbitMQ).
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise app architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices.
• Lead strategic technical decisions for modernization and cloud adoption.
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems across teams.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and secure development guidelines.
• Lead engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders for delivery.
• Drive nonfunctional requirements: scalability, observability, security, DR.
• Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives.
• Align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.
• Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization across the org.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for platform stability.
