Job summary

Netwin Systems & Software is seeking a senior full-stack developer/tech lead to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications. You will build robust backend services with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL, and develop frontend with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React.js, and React Native.

You will lead a team of 34 developers, drive agile sprint planning, perform code reviews, and collaborate with analysts, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Java/J2EE stack with Spring Boot and security features.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge, performance tuning.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency in frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React.js; React Native.
• Lead a team, plan sprints, allocate tasks, ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and mobile applications.
• Develop robust backend services using Java, Core Java, J2EE, and related enterprise technologies.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices-based architectures.
• Work extensively with PostgreSQL and demonstrate strong understanding of SQL concepts, query optimization, and database design.
• Develop backend applications using Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA, and Hibernate Framework (mandatory).
• Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles and software design patterns.
• Participate in application deployment, server setup, and environment management including:

Apache Tomcat configuration and tuning

Application deployment and troubleshooting

Basic DevOps activities (build pipelines, environment configuration, monitoring)

• Develop responsive frontend applications using:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

React.js

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using:

React Native

• Lead and mentor a team of 34 developers, ensuring sprint planning, task allocation, and timely delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile, including sprint planning, stand-ups.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards, and maintain high code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in designing scalable solutions.
