Job description

We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated Senior Java Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience building scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of end-to-end features using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (React) on the frontend. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-performing, secure, and resilient applications.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture and Development: Design and maintain scalable, robust client-side and server-side architectures.
• Backend Services: Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and background jobs using Core Java (Java 11+ or 17+), Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA / Hibernate.
• Frontend Interfaces: Develop responsive, modular, and cross-browser-compatible user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js .
• Database Management: Design schema structures, optimize queries, and manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• CI/CD and Cloud: Package applications using Docker/Kubernetes and manage deployment pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) across cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, readable code and implement unit/integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and frontend testing suites (Jest / Cypress).
• Code Reviews and Mentorship: Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide junior developers on best practices.
• Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives) to estimate tasks and deliver sprint deliverables.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience working on full-stack Java projects.

Backend:

• Deep understanding of Java 11+ or Java 17+ concepts (OOP, concurrency, Streams API).
• Production experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data).
• Strong expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Frontend:

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3/SASS.
• 3+ years of experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js and state management libraries (Redux, RxJS, Pinia).

Databases:

• Strong SQL skills with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with ORMs like Hibernate / JPA.

Tools and Practices:

• Version control using Git / GitHub / GitLab.
• Build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Unit testing frameworks (JUnit 5 Mockito).

Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Hands-on knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
