Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a Java Full Stack + AI Developer to design, build, and deploy robust backend services using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and REST APIs, while delivering responsive React frontends. You’ll work with Node.js where needed and integrate AI agents and cloud deployments across AWS/Azure/GCP.

You will collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams, participate in code reviews, optimize performance, and uphold secure coding practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.
• Frontend development with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Node.js for backend or middleware services.
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) deploying, storage and compute.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD tools, Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Practical experience building AI agent pipelines.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning techniques.
• Familiarity with:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
