Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) specializing in GenAI and full‑stack development to design, build and deploy GenAI-powered solutions. You will integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise SDLC workflows, collaborate with LOB teams, and lead onboarding and best‑practice adoption across squads.

You will work with Java, React/TypeScript, and Python in distributed, microservices-based architectures, leveraging CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms to deliver scalable GenAI

Qualifications

• Experience as a forward deployment engineer or similar GenAI-enabled full-stack role.
• Proven ability to design and deploy GenAI-powered solutions within enterprise SDLC.
• Strong cloud experience and hands-on with CI/CD tooling.

Job Summary

Role Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) GenAI / Full Stack

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy GenAIpowered solutions using Devin Claude Code and Cursor

Integrate GenAI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD internal platforms)

Partner closely with LOB teams to accelerate delivery and improve the endtoend product lifecycle using GenAI capabilities

Lead tool onboarding training and enablement driving adoption and best practices across teams

Monitor and optimiz

Required Technical Skills

Strong fullstack engineering experience (Java React/TypeScript Python)

Experience with distributed systems APIs Event Driven and microservices architecture

Handson experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Ex. OCP GCP)

GenAI / LLM Expertise (MustHave)
