Persistent is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The role emphasizes Java, Spring Boot, React frontend, Kafka, and microservices, with hybrid work options.

The ideal candidate has 5–9 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, strong REST API skills, and proficiency with MongoDB. You will collaborate with architects and product owners in an Agile setting and contribute

• Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka.
• Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Work with MongoDB and other databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to the adoption of Generative AI capabilities within enterprise applications.
• Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
• Create technical documentation and support deployment and release activities.

About Position:

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, and microservices architecture, along with exposure to Generative AI technologies. This role involves building modern distributed applications, developing responsive user interfaces, and implementing event-driven architectures to deliver high-quality business solutions.

What You'll Do:
