Job summary

MINDTEL seeks a seasoned Engineering Manager for IT Engineering Applications (M2) with a strong Java background to lead and mentor large software teams delivering enterprise applications.

You will guide technical decisions across Java, Microservices, APIs and React interfaces, drive end-to-end program delivery, manage risks, align with architects and product teams, and push for DevOps, CI/CD and engineering excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Manager IT Engineering Applications (M2) – Java Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who brings the right combination of technical depth, project/program management, and people leadership.

This is NOT a pure Product Owner / Scrum Master / Agile role.

The ideal candidate should have a strong engineering background and be capable of understanding technical challenges, guiding engineering teams, managing complex technical projects, and driving enterprise application delivery.

We are specifically looking for Techno-Functional Engineering Leaders.

Profiles that are primarily Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, PMO, or functional project management without strong software engineering and technical leadership experience may not be suitable.
