Job summary

You will provide technical oversight, guide architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to ensure scalable, secure, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers; define goals and oversee project execution.
• Provide architectural guidance with focus on Microservices and cloud-native design; ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver projects on time and within scope; ensure scalability, performance, and security.
