Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java development with deep knowledge of Spring Boot.

• Proficient in multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Solutionize, design and develop high-quality services using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable microservices, with DI, REST controllers and async processing.
• Design secure, versioned REST APIs with JWT and proper HTTP semantics.
• Ensure thread-safety with multithreading and concurrent collections.
• Contribute to system design using DDD, CQRS, reactive patterns.
• Work with Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, writing optimized queries.
• Implement security frameworks including OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, mTLS.

Job Location: Bangalore and Chennai

• Solutionise, Design and Develop high-quality services using Java 8+, core programming concepts, collections, generics, concurrency, design patterns & react programming
• Build scalable Spring Boot microservices, implementing DI, REST controllers, transaction management, async processing, and robust exception handling.
• Design and implement secure, versioned REST APIs with strong understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, idempotency, JWT, and API security best practices.
• Ensure thread-safe implementations using multithreading, parallel streams, synchronization primitives, and concurrent collections.
• Contribute to system design and architecture using DDD, CQRS, reactive programming, and patterns like Proxy, Saga, and Strategy.
• Work with Kafka, SQL and NoSQL databases, writing optimized queries, understanding indexing/joins.
• Implement and maintain security frameworks including OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, mTLS, and token lifecycle management.
• Utilize Spring Boot, logging/monitoring tools, Caching and troubleshoot memory/performance bottlenecks.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, contribute to planning, estimation and drive best coding and design practices across the team.
