Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Production Support/DevOps/SRE, strong AWS and Snowflake skills, and experience with batch schedulers, RDBMS, and Python.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Production Support / DevOps / SRE experience.
• AWS and Snowflake expertise.
• Familiar with various RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase).
• Experience with Batch Job Schedulers (TWS / Autosys).
• Proficiency in Windows and UNIX.
• Python scripting ability.
• Incident Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1–L3 support for Post Trade Processing apps.
• Handle incidents using ITIL workflow and deliver resolutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to address requests.
• Proactively monitor and improve support processes.
• Manage change and release activities.
• Ensure application monitoring and disaster recovery readiness.

Role Description: Devops Support

Job Title: Devops Support

Location: Sarjapur, Bengaluru, Hinjewadi Phase 1 - Pune

Shift Time: EMEA

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1, L2, L3 support to various Post Trade Processing applications (Middle-Office, back-office, Settlements).
• Work on service requests using the Incident / Problem / Service management workflow, raised by business users and provide resolution.
• Work closely with SME’s on any such requests as per the needs.
• Work independently and represent status on different tasks with SME’s.
• Implement methods for continually improving the support systems/processes.
• Provide application and system monitoring.
• Handle Change Management.
• Provide release management services.
• Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities.
• Support day-to-day operational activities across multiple Post Trade Processing applications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain service quality and application availability.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential risks that may impact business operations.
• Participate in incident triage, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Assist in maintaining operational documentation and support procedures in line with organizational standards.
