Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking a Java Backend Lead in Bengaluru. The role requires 7–9 years of overall experience with 7+ years in Java backend and strong expertise in Core Java 11, SpringBoot, and microservices.

You will design and implement robust backend systems, drive performance and scalability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Immediate joiners only; the candidate should be proficient in Spring Security, JAX-RS, Hystrix, Kafka, and ORM with Hibernate/JPA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Java backend development, strong Core Java 11 skills.
• 4+ years on SpringBoot and microservices architecture.
• Proficient in multithreading, design patterns, and data structures.
• Hands-on with Spring Security, JAX-RS, Kafka, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with AWS services and build tools Maven/Gradle.
• Nice-to-have: Spring Webflux, Web Client, ecommerce domain exposure.
