What You’ll Do

As a Java Backend Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core services that power our platform. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of engineers, using cutting-edge technologies to create high-performing, scalable, and reliable applications. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to key architectural decisions and shape the future of our platform.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong command of Java (JDK 11+), including modern features like Lambdas, Streams, and Functional Interfaces.
• Deep understanding of concurrent programming principles and best practices.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Proficiency with data persistence frameworks like Spring JDBC, MyBatis, or Hibernate.
• Experience with messaging systems, preferably Kafka, and other message queues like MQ.
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud development and deployment using Docker, AWS, Cloud Foundry, or Azure.
• Familiarity with any database (e.g., Postgres, Oracle).
• Experience with Microservices architecture.

Bonus Points

• Experience with MongoDB.
• Knowledge of distributed caching solutions like Hazelcast or Redis.

• Experience: 5+ years
• Location: Chennai or Pune (On-site, 5 days a week)
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or maximum 2 weeks’ notice period.
• Budget: ₹26 LPA to ₹30 LPA (maximum)
