Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is urgently hiring a Java Developer with strong experience in Core Java, Spring, Microservices and SQL. The role expects hands-on coding, design reviews and collaboration in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You will contribute to building scalable Java applications, write unit tests, and work with MQ, DB2 and scripting when needed. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Java SE APIs.
• Proficiency in Spring framework, microservices, RESTful services.
• Solid SQL knowledge and database interaction.
• Familiarity with message queues and DB2 is a plus.
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, CI) is desirable.
• Ability to work in a distributed team with good communication.
• Willingness to quickly adapt to short sprints and tight timelines.
