Job summary

Iris Software is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with strong Angular and Spring Boot experience to work on modern enterprise applications. You will contribute to microservices, RESTful services, and data access layers using Hibernate/JPA, while maintaining robust SQL querying and version control practices.

You will collaborate across teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, applying Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and leveraging CI/CD tools and JIRA for project tracking.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript with Angular experience.
• Strong experience in Spring frameworks, especially Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on with microservices architecture, REST/SOAP web services and JMS.
• SQL/PLSQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with REST-APIs and version control (Git).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like JIRA, Splunk, SonarQube.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular.
• Contribute to Spring Boot microservices and data access layers (Hibernate/JPA).
• Design and implement RESTful services and integration with JMS.
• Write efficient SQL/PLSQL queries and optimize performance.
• Collaborate using Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in SDLC practices (Waterfall/Agile) and code reviews.

Job Description

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Angular.
• Strong experience in Spring frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data etc. and Hibernate, JPA.
• Strong experience in micro services architecture and implementation
• Experience with SOAP Web-Services, REST Web-Services and Java Messaging Service (JMS) API.
• Hands on experience in SQL, PL/SQL and should be able to write complex queries.
• Hands-on experience in REST-APIs
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT)
• Knowledge of web standards and accessibility guidelines
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, Splunk, SONAR etc.
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good experience in JUnit testing and mocking techniques
• Experience in SDLC processes (Waterfall/Agile), Docker, GIT, Sonar Qube
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
