Teach Japanese up to N5/N4, assess progress, prepare candidates for client interviews, and maintain records. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of teaching experience and JLPT N3/N2/N1 certification, with strong communication and cultural sensitivity.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM IST with a collaborative team environment.

Job Title: Full-Time Japanese Langage Trainer (On-site)

Location: Guwahati, India

Role & responsibilities :

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach Japanese language modules to students from diverse backgrounds, specifically targeting proficiency up to N5 and N4 levels.
• Student Assessments: Conduct regular evaluations and screenings to determine students' ability to communicate in Japanese and identify specific improvement areas.
• Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for client interviews in Japanese.
• Guidance and Feedback: Provide personalized feedback and support to help students excel in language proficiency and cultural integration. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and overall performance.
• Foster Engagement: Cultivate a motivating, interactive, and dynamic learning environment.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the team regarding class schedules, student progress, and curriculum updates.
• Material Usage: Use company-provided materials exclusively within the scope of this agreement.
• Confidentiality: Handle confidential information regarding operations, students, and business strategies with high discretion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: N3 N2 or N1 level JLPT certification.
• Experience: 3+ years of Japanese Language Teaching Experience.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic computer knowledge and digital teaching tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for teaching.

Working Hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday.

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM IST (includes a total of 1-hour break for lunch & tea).
