Job summary

Learnet Skills Limited delivers Japanese language training across Dehradun and nearby locations. We are seeking a Japanese Language Trainer to implement JLPT-focused instruction, create detailed lesson plans, and develop multimedia teaching materials aligned to the curriculum.

The role requires delivering assessments, maintaining accurate records in LMS/CRM systems, and coordinating with Academic and Head Office for curriculum alignment and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, Japanese Studies, Linguistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience delivering Japanese language training or in a comparable instructional role.
• Proficiency in Japanese (at least JLPT N3) and familiarity with LMS/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Japanese language training sessions aligned to the prescribed curriculum; prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and multimedia content.
• Deliver JLPT-focused instruction and formative/summative assessments; monitor progress and milestones.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and reports in LMS/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Academic and Head Office for curriculum alignment, scheduling and reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentoring for language readiness; support JLPT certification and international placement needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Japanese language training sessions aligned to the prescribed curriculum; prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, and multimedia content.
• Deliver JLPT-focused instruction and regular formative/summative assessments; monitor student progress and ensure timely completion of language proficiency milestones.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, assessment results, and performance reports in LMS/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Academic and Head Office teams for curriculum alignment, scheduling, reporting, and smooth program implementation.
• Provide guidance and mentoring for language and cultural readiness; support learners aiming for JLPT certification and international placement requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, Japanese Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience delivering Japanese language training or in a comparable instructional role Demonstrable Japanese proficiency (at least JLPT N3 or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom), MS Office (Excel), and basic CRM/reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• JLPT N2 or N1 certification.
• Experience in institutional sales, partnerships, or account management within the education sector,
• Experience coordinating student placements and preparing learners for international exams and placement requirements.
• Familiarity with instructional design tools, multimedia lesson development, and data-driven student progress tracking.
