Job summary

Apollo Health and Lifestyle (AHLL) in Uttar Pradesh seeks a dedicated clinical assistant to support doctors during OPD scans and fertility procedures, ensuring patient comfort and procedural efficiency.

You will administer hormonal injections, educate couples on treatment schedules, maintain sterility, manage EMR charts, and ensure NABH-compliant safety practices and proper consent documentation. This role requires meticulous record-keeping and coordination with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Support doctors during OPD scans and fertility procedures (e.g., follicular monitoring, IUI, ART procedures).
• Administer hormonal injections (FSH, HCG, progesterone) and train patients on self-administration.
• Educate couples on treatment roadmaps, injection schedules, surgical pre-ops, and emotional support.
• Maintain sterility, manage surgical instruments, and follow NABH-compliant safety guidelines.
• Record vital signs, manage treatment charts, update EMR, and file signed consent documents.

Job description

• Clinical Assistance: Support doctors during OPD scans, follicular monitoring, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and advanced ART procedures like OPU and ET.
• Medication Management: Administer precise subcutaneous/intramuscular hormonal injections (FSH, HCG, progesterone) and train patients on self-administration.
• Patient Counseling: Educate couples on treatment roadmaps, injection schedules, surgical pre-ops, and emotional support through sensitive fertility challenges.
• OT & Infection Control: Maintain sterility, manage surgical instruments, and implement safety guidelines compliant with local hospital standards and NABH norms.
• Documentation: Record vital signs, manage treatment charts, update electronic medical records (EMR), and file signed legal consent documents.
