Qualifications

• MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology is required.
• Strong experience with ART procedures and patient care.
• Ability to train and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the ART procedures with high success rates.
• Perform diagnostic Laparoscopy and operative hysteroscopy procedures.
• Impart formal training to junior team members.
• Patient counselling, issue resolution and ensure best in class patient experience.
• Provide input to Marketing / Sales activities and support execution of camps.
• Responsible for lead conversions & driving volumes.
• Getting quality people recruited, retention – build and lead a team.
• Drive revenue at unit level & manage costs – P&L responsibility.
