Job summary

The Outsource Pro is seeking a proactive IT support professional for a first-line, remote helpdesk role in Bengaluru. You will handle Microsoft 365 issues, basic troubleshooting, user support, and ticket triage for SME clients, with a strong emphasis on communication and learning.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in IT support, solid MS 365 knowledge, and familiarity with Windows/macOS and networking. Immediate joiners preferred, with opportunities to grow into higher-level engineering

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT support/helpdesk experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Windows Server and macOS.
• Understanding of basic networking including wireless, firewalls and switches.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualization.
• Hosted VOIP solutions (3CX, Teams Voice).
• Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems.
• MS-900 certification or progress toward it is highly desirable.
