Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems.
• Respond promptly to guest room and operational area maintenance requests.
• Ensure smooth functioning of generators, UPS systems, and emergency lighting.
• Assist in installation of new wiring, sockets, switches, and equipment.
• Record all maintenance activities in daily logbooks.
• Follow all electrical safety codes, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Operations

Respond promptly to guest room and operational area maintenance requests.

Ensure smooth functioning of generators, UPS systems, and emergency lighting.

Record all maintenance activities in daily logbooks.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all electrical safety codes, procedures, and regulations.

Identify and report electrical hazards or faulty equipment immediately.

Ensure all tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) are used safely.

Support fire and safety systems maintenance as required.
