Job summary

SMBT is seeking an ITI Electrician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across the institution to ensure uninterrupted power supply and safe operations.

The role involves responding to faults, performing preventive maintenance, monitoring panels and DG sets, maintaining records, and coordinating with the maintenance team to support new installations and renovations. Safety and compliance are essential aspects of daily work.

Qualifications

• ITI Electrician certification (NCVT/SCVT) required.
• Experience in electrical installation and fault troubleshooting is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore power promptly.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor electrical panels, DG sets, and lighting systems.
