The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA upgrade, Salesforce post-go-live stabilization, HRMS integration, and governance with audits and security certifications. Lead SI/vendor management and stabilize IT operations while mentoring the internal team.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in IT leadership, enterprise applications, digital transformation or IT program management.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation/upgradation/program management.
• Experience in Salesforce implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Experience in HRMS/ERP integration, preferably KEKA.
• Strong exposure to IT governance, IT audits, cybersecurity and information security certifications.
• Experience managing System Integrators, technology vendors, budgets, SLAs and large transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of IT documentation, DR/BCP, risk management and enterprise security.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA upgrade end-to-end, including project planning, SI/vendor management, UAT, data migration, cutover, risk and budget management, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Assess and resolve Salesforce issues, improve system performance and data quality, clear backlog and align CRM with SAP/ERP.
• Lead KEKASAP/ERP integration, ensure automated data flow and stabilize HRMS processes.
• Lead IT audits, ITGC, VAPT, security assessments, and remediation activities aiming for ISO 27001.
• Establish and standardize IT SOPs, policies, system architecture documentation, DR and BCP.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, cloud and network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and mentoring of the IT team.
• Assess IT environment, identify gaps and establish a roadmap for IT transformation.

Role Overview: We are looking for a senior IT professional to lead enterprise technology transformation, system stabilization, IT governance, data integration and information security initiatives.

The role will have a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA upgrade, Salesforce post-go-live stabilization, HRMS integration, IT governance, audits and security certifications.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• SAP S/4HANA Upgrade: Lead the SAP S/4HANA upgrade end-to-end, including project planning, SI/vendor management, UAT, data migration, cutover, risk and budget management, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Salesforce CRM Stabilization: Assess and resolve existing Salesforce issues, improve system performance and data quality, clear critical backlog, strengthen user adoption, and align CRM processes with SAP/ERP.
• KEKA HRMS Integration: Lead KEKASAP/ERP integration, ensure automated and accurate data flow, and stabilize HRMS processes including Leave, Attendance, Performance, and Payroll.
• IT Governance & Security: Lead IT audits, ITGC, VAPT, security assessments, and remediation activities, with a focus on achieving targeted certifications such as ISO 27001.
• IT Documentation & Business Continuity: Establish and standardize IT SOPs, policies, system architecture documentation, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• IT Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee day-to-day IT operations, cloud and network infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware governance, and mentoring of the internal IT team.
• Strategic IT Roadmap: Assess the existing IT environment, identify gaps and improvement areas, recommend technology investments and budgets, and establish the roadmap for IT transformation and future requirements.

Ideal Candidate
