Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling & Guidance
• Provide career counseling based on student background, goals, and skill gaps
• Recommend suitable IT courses, certifications, and learning paths
• Explain IT domains such as cloud, cybersecurity, networking, software development, and data analytics
• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions

Course & Program Coordination

• Assist students with enrollment, batch selection, and program onboarding
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of classes
• Maintain updated knowledge of all training programs.

Student Progress Tracking

• Monitor attendance, performance, and completion status
• Maintain accurate student records in the LMS
• Provide regular updates to students and management

Placement & Career Support

• Guide students in resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation
• Coordinate with placement teams and hiring partners
• Support students until successful job placement

Relationship Management

• Build strong rapport with students to ensure satisfaction and retention
