1. Job Title: ITES Trainer

2. Department: Training and Skill Development

3. Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate (B.Com / B.Tech preferred) and certification in IT

training

4. Experience: 1+ years in IT training, handling IT courses with familiarity in assessments,

evaluation, and practice sessions

5. Required skills:

• Strong technical knowledge on Basics of Computers, Power bi and IT
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Understanding of Internet concepts and basic troubleshooting
• Typing skills
• Ability to handle and engage students with a gentle, supportive approach
• Team player mentality
• Willingness to spend time at grassroots community level

9. Timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm(Monday to Saturday)

10. Job Summary:

Deliver effective computer training sessions covering basic computer skills and MS Office

concepts. Guide students through practical assignments and maintain accurate attendance

records. Take responsibility for the maintenance and proper use of assets in the computer

lab. Engage with students and communities with empathy and professionalism.

11. Key Responsibilities:
