Job summary

Pashupati Capital Services is seeking an IT & Trading Operations Executive to ensure all dealer terminals and trading systems are ready before the pre-open and stay up through sessions across NSE, BSE, MCX and GIFT IFSC. The role follows a rotational shift starting at 7:30 AM from BOD to MCX evening sessions, on-site in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in trading operations or trading-desk IT support.
• BOD/EOD experience on Greeksoft, Multitrade, Symphony XTS, Omnesys or ODIN.
• Knowledge of exchange user/terminal administration and mock trading.
• Willing to work rotational shifts (Mon–Sat), including MCX evening session.
• NISM Series VIII certification, or willingness to clear within 3 months.
• Exposure to IFSC operations and Excel-based billing checks.

Responsibilities

• Run start-of-day (BOD) on trading platforms before 9:00 AM and end-of-day checks; ensure health of trading servers.
• Be first responder for dealer terminal, login, order and market-feed issues during market hours.
• Administer exchange user IDs and terminals (creation, mapping, deactivation), upgrades, and ENIT access.
• Run Saturday mock and DR trading sessions; log registered algo IDs and maintain compliance records.
• Maintain dealers' NISM certificate register and alert before expiry.
• Check invoices against usage and coordinate with GIFT City office for logistics.

Job description

We are looking for a IT & Trading Operations Executive (4+ years) to make sure every dealer terminal and every trading system is ready before the pre-open and stays up through the session, across NSE, BSE, MCX and GIFT IFSC. The role works a rotational shift from the 7:30 AM start-of-day run to the MCX evening session.

Principal Responsibilities

• Run start-of-day (BOD) on Greeksoft, Multitrade/OneStep and Symphony XTS, including IFSC, before 9:00 AM; run end-of-day checks and health-check trading servers.
• Be the first responder for dealer terminal, login, order and market-feed issues during market hours.
• Administer exchange user IDs and terminals (creation, mapping, deactivation), front-end version upgrades and ENIT user access.
• Run Saturday mock and DR trading sessions, log in every registered algo ID and keep participation records for compliance.
• Maintain the dealers NISM certificate register and alert before any certificate expires.
• Check trading-vendor and exchange invoices (user IDs, terminal charges) against actual usage.
• Support compliance with order-level data and annexures, and coordinate logistics with our GIFT City office.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years in trading operations or trading-desk IT support at a stockbroker or proprietary trading firm.
• Hands-on BOD/EOD experience on at least one of Greeksoft, Multitrade, Symphony XTS, Omnesys or ODIN.
• Working knowledge of exchange user/terminal administration and mock trading procedures (NSE, BSE, MCX).
• Willing to work a rotational shift (Monday to Saturday), including the MCX evening session.
• Based in or willing to work on-site from our Goregaon, Mumbai office.

Preferred Qualifications

• NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification, or willingness to clear it within 3 months of joining.
• Exposure to IFSC (India INX / NSE IX) operations.
• Strong Excel skills for billing checks and order reconciliation.
