Job summary

NES Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to head and mentor the tech team spanning development, QA, and infrastructure. You will own end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring quality, timely releases, and budget adherence, while driving Agile practices such as sprint planning and retrospectives.

The role requires deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PHP, with strong SQL skills (MS SQL, MySQL).

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years IT experience with 5+ years in leadership as Technical Head or equivalent
• Strong Java and Spring Boot (mandatory)
• Working understanding of Angular
• Solid PHP experience
• MS SQL and MySQL expertise with SQL optimization
• Hands-on GitHub and version control
• Proven Agile and Sprint Planning experience
• Stakeholder and team management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Strong command of MS SQL, MySQL, Database Queries, and SQL optimization
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and version control systems
• Proven expertise in Agile Methodology and Sprint Planning
• Demonstrated Stakeholder Management and Team Management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
