Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Team Leader for our manufacturing plant operations. You will oversee 24x7 IT services, facility management, and vendor coordination while managing 8000+ IT assets and preparing MIS reports.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to run 40-person teams, shift rosters, and 24/7 support. ITIL knowledge is mandatory; ITIL certification preferred. On-site work in Gujarat with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in SLA management and 24x7 support.
• Technical proficiency in hardware and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single service window for all IT services on a 24x7x365 basis.
• Assist users in registering service requests via multiple channels.
• Track service requests and escalate as needed.
• Handle non-maintenance queries and forward to the right team.
• Maintain records of IT requests from online systems and forms.
• Provide feedback to users via the call management portal.
• Coordinate with other service desks or teams.
• Manage the entire team and prepare shift rosters for 24/7 support.
• Communicate with management and users via email.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader with experience in manufacturing plant management. The candidate should be well versed in Facility Management Services (FMS) and vendor management, along with having hands-on experience in hardware maintenance and AMC handling. The candidate must have experience in managing IT assets of 8000+ systems and should be proficient in preparing MIS reports and managing shift rosters effectively. Good understanding of ITIL processes is mandatory, while ITIL certification will be preferred. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to manage onsite operations efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a single service window for all IT services, which should be managed on a 24 x 7 x 365 contractual basis.
• Provide on-line help to users in case of any problems Help users in registering service requests for all IT services in MITS or register on behalf of them for requests received through phone, e-mail, personally or by any another medium.
• Tracking service requests by follow up with L2 service providers & hierarchical escalations if required.
• Attending & tracking non maintenance queries through register.
• Tracking other IT requests captured through online system, hard copy forms and forward it to the respective team and maintain record of the same
• Providing feedback to users for requests captured though call management portal.
• Co-ordination with other service desks or teams
• Manage entire team
• Prepared shift roaster for 24X7X365 support
• Email communication to respective management and users etc.
