Job summary

Protsahan India Foundation is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own all IT infrastructure across six locations and the main office. You will ensure device health, network uptime, data security, and digital compliance, acting as the single point of accountability rather than a helpdesk.

You will manage 50+ laptops, perform asset tagging, supervise procurements, help onboarding and offboarding, and maintain the asset register while coordinating with HR and Finance to keep operations seamless.

Responsibilities

• Device Management: Manage 50+ laptops across 6 locations: setup, configuration, asset tagging, condition tracking, maintenance, and repair
• Maintain the IT asset register per Protsahan's asset management SOPs — every device tracked by location, user, and condition
• Coordinate hardware procurement: obtain quotes, recommend vendors, and process purchase requests through Finance
• Manage device allocation for new joiners and secure retrieval at exit — within HR SOP timelines
• Initiate and document write-off requests for end-of-life devices per disposal policy
• Network and Connectivity: Manage WiFi, LAN, and internet connectivity at all 6 centre locations
• Troubleshoot network outages and connectivity issues

ABOUT THE ROLE

Protsahan India Foundation operates 5 centres in Delhi, with 50+ staff, each managing their own devices, alongside shared infrastructure — CCTVs, biometric attendance systems, WiFi networks, and programme equipment. As we scale, formal IT management is required for each of the 5 centers and the administrative office location.

The IT Systems Administrator will own all of this — not as a helpdesk ticket-taker, but as the person who makes sure none of it fails. You will be the single point of accountability for IT infrastructure, device health, data security, and digital compliance across all locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Device Management
