Job summary

Integrum Energy Infrastructure is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to support our Bengaluru office. You will manage Office 365, Azure AD, and local network infrastructure, ensuring availability and security of services across the site.

You will configure firewalls, VPN connections, and monitor NAS backups while performing hands-on hardware support for desktops, servers, and network devices. This role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and a practical, onsite-first approach.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on onsite network and desktop administration.
• Extensive Microsoft 365 Admin Portal and Azure AD / Entra ID experience.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and VLAN knowledge.
• Experience deploying and maintaining Fortinet, Sophos, or Cisco firewalls.
• Ability to physically support server racks and patch panels.

Responsibilities

• Administer Office 365 and Microsoft 365 services for the organization.
• Configure and manage local network hardware and Wi-Fi.

Key Responsibilities

• Office 365 Administration: Manage user directories, software licensing, corporate emails, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint document management spaces.


• Network Infrastructure: Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot local network hardware including managed switches, enterprise routers, and Wi-Fi access points.


• Firewall & Security Operations: Maintain enterprise-grade network firewalls, active VPN client connections, intrusion prevention rules, and endpoint compliance protocols.


• Onsite Technical Support: Provide immediate, face-to-face hardware, OS (Windows/macOS), and software technical support directly to local office employees.


• Infrastructure Upkeep: Monitor and maintain physical server rack deployments, structured ethernet/fiber cabling, and network-attached storage (NAS) backup systems.


• IT Asset Management: Handle provisioning, procurement tracking, serial asset logging, preventative maintenance, and secure hardware decommissioning.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Experience: A solid **2 to 5 years** of hands-on technical experience in onsite corporate network administration and desktop environments.


• O365 Ecosystem: Extensive hands-on experience utilizing Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID management.


• Networking Foundation: Clear conceptual and practical knowledge of TCP/IP parameters, DNS zones, DHCP scopes, routing domains, and VLAN setups.


• Firewall Deployment: Demonstrated history of deploying, configuring policies, and actively maintaining next-gen corporate firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco).


• Physical Capability: Physical capacity to support server rack installations, cable routing paths, patch panel optimization, and hardware asset moves.
