Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP support, ERP implementation, or IT administration.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Hands-on CCTV installation and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext or Tally Prime.
• Strong Windows Administration, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and backup solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities
