Responsibilities

• Ensures all system components are installed and operational within the required time frame with minimal disruption to any business activity.
• Ensure Configuration of Critical development & Production servers & Regularly audits systems/services and equipment to ensure that optimum functionality is being provided.
• Provides remote trouble shooting of systems for employees/customers.
• Systems are installed to meet set deadlines.
• Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning securely
• Apply security patches to infrastructure and endpoints
• Monitor network and server logs for anomalies
• Backup critical systems and verify restore processes
• Enforce antivirus, encryption, and endpoint protection policies
