Job Summary: Responsible for managing Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs including Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Channel Finance, and Reverse Factoring solutions. The role focuses on enabling working capital financing for suppliers, dealers, and distributors through banking and fintech partners while ensuring smooth transaction processing, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities. Production support for SCF applications. Incident, problem, and change management. API and partner integration support. Reconciliation and data validation. UAT coordination and deployment management. Audit compliance and RCA preparation. Monitoring daily business-critical jobs and interfaces. Participate in UAT testing. EODBOD job monitoring.
