Xoxoday Bengaluru is seeking an IT Intern to support day‑to‑day IT operations, keeping desktops, networks, and workplace systems running smoothly. This role sits in the IT support function and offers hands‑on exposure to enterprise infrastructure and end‑user support.

You will work with the IT team on request handling, learning networking, hardware, and systems administration while contributing to L1 support, device onboarding, and documentation across office locations.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of desktop and L1 IT support.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, subnetting.
• Familiarity with Aruba Wi‑Fi and access points.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Basic administration experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Desktop & L1 Support: Resolve issues and configure devices for onboarding.
• Networking: Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and subnet issues.
• Wi‑Fi & Access Points: Monitor and troubleshoot Aruba APs and connectivity.
• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Workplace Tools Administration: Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, manage user accounts.

You’ll work closely with the IT team on day‑to‑day support requests while building a foundation in networking, hardware, and systems administration.

What You’ll Do

Desktop & L1 Support

• Resolve L1 desktop and laptop issues raised by employees
• Set up and configure new devices for onboarding

Networking

• Support troubleshooting of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and subnetting issues
• Assist in maintaining network configurations and documentation

Wi‑Fi & Access Points

• Help monitor and troubleshoot Aruba wireless access points
• Support connectivity issues across office locations

Hardware & Software Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on employee devices
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members

Workplace Tools Administration

• Assist with basic administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Support user account and access management tasks
