Job summary

Metyis in Gurgaon is seeking an IT Support Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to join our Enabling Function team in Gurgaon.

You will provide frontline support for laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms, and workplace tech; manage Windows/macOS devices with M365, Intune, and modern cloud tools; support onboarding/offboarding and collaborate across Europe and India.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity issues.
• You would be the primary IT contact for Gurgaon, India office.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• This is a work from office role - Mon to Friday office role.
• Deploy and manage Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Support mobile device management for iOS and Android.
• Manage hardware lifecycle activities, including repairs, replacements, and warranties.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, and collaboration technologies.
• Contribute to workplace modernization, automation, cloud, and security initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with colleagues and technology partners across Europe and India.

What You Will Do

IT Support & Operations:

Provide hands-on support for laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms, and workplace technologies.

Deploy and manage Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

Support mobile device management for iOS and Android.

Manage hardware lifecycle activities, including repairs, replacements, and warranties.

Innovation & Collaboration:

Support Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, and collaboration technologies.

Contribute to workplace modernization, automation, cloud, and security initiatives.

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Collaborate with colleagues and technology partners across Europe and India.

What You Will Bring

Technical Experience:

• 7+ years of hands on experience in IT and Workplace Support.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern cloud-based workplace technologies.
• Hands on experience with several of the following:
• Microsoft Intune
• Windows 11 and macOS
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft 365 applications
• OneDrive and SharePoint
• iOS and Android device management
• Networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Meeting room and AV technologies

• Customer-focused with strong and positive communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluent in English.
