Job summary

Metyis in Gurgaon, India is seeking an experienced IT Support & Operations professional to join our office-based team. You will provide hands-on support for laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms, and workplace technologies, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the primary IT contact for the Gurgaon office.

You will deploy and manage Windows and macOS devices with Intune, support iOS/Android device management, manage hardware lifecycles, support Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, and contribute

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT and Workplace Support.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern cloud-based workplace technologies.
• Hands-on with Windows 11/macOS, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint.
• IOS/Android device management, networking and AV troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• IT Support & Operations: provide hands-on support for laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms, and workplace tech.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software connectivity and act as the Gurgaon IT contact.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain documentation.

What you will do

IT Support & Operations:

Provide hands-on support for laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms, and workplace technologies.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, connectivity issues, etc.

You would be the primary IT contact for Gurgaon, India office.

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

This is a work from office role – Mon to Friday office role.

Modern Workplace Management:

Deploy and manage Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

Support mobile device management for iOS and Android.

Manage hardware lifecycle activities, including repairs, replacements, and warranties.

Support Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, and collaboration technologies.

Contribute to workplace modernization, automation, cloud, and security initiatives.

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Collaborate with colleagues and technology partners across Europe and India.

What you will bring

Technical Experience:

7+ years of hands on experience in IT and Workplace Support.

Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern cloud-based workplace technologies.

Hands on experience with several of the following:

Windows 11 and macOS

Exchange Online

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft 365 applications

OneDrive and SharePoint

iOS and Android device management

Networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting

Meeting room and AV technologies
