Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong expertise in S/4 HANA ABAP development, integration, and support, including workflows, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOC, and CDS views for data modeling and analytics.
• Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems using IDocs, RFC, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies.
• Develop and implement enhancements using USER-EXIT, BADI, and other enhancement techniques to meet business requirements.
• Lead technical design specification creation, ensuring alignment with functional teams and IT management for smooth project execution.
• Perform performance tuning, function module development, and real-time monitoring of SAP ECC applications to optimize system efficiency.

SAP ABAP role requires a seasoned consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience specializing in S/4 HANA ABAP development and integration. Strong knowledge of BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOC, and ALV programming is essential to support and enhance SAP applications. Experience with classical and interactive reporting, BDC, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and dialog programming is expected. The role demands proficiency in interface and proxy programming, LSMW, BSP, ABAP Web Dynpro, and performance tuning to optimize system operations. Candidates should be skilled in Core Data Services (CDS) views for data modeling and custom analytics, as well as OData services development for API creation.
