Job summary

Infosys in Hyderabad seeks an experienced leader to oversee IT infrastructure operations, security, IAM, and governance across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will drive reliability, incident response, and disaster recovery while ensuring compliance and SLA adherence.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with global security groups, and drive automation to reduce risk and improve efficiency in a complex enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; multiple advanced degrees listed.
• Experience in IT infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, IAM and IT governance is expected.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud environments (Azure), network, security controls and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure reliability, and system availability across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure high availability and performance of servers, virtualization platforms, and Azure cloud services.
• Establish proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity management frameworks.
• Lead cybersecurity operations covering threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and remediation.
• Implement and govern Zero Trust security architecture and endpoint protection controls.
• Oversee security technologies including Firewalls (Checkpoint / Palo Alto), Zscaler, AV/EDR solutions.
• Coordinate with Truist Information Security teams to align with enterprise security standards and risk frameworks.
• Own and manage IAM capabilities including Active Directory, RBAC, MFA, and Privileged Access Management.
• Ensure least-privilege access, user lifecycle management, and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
• Support internal and external audits, security assessments, and remediation tracking.
• Maintain documentation for security controls, policies, and governance processes.
• Own Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategies for GCC IT operations.
• Define and test RTO/RPO objectives, backup strategies, and failover mechanisms.
• Conduct periodic DR drills and resilience testing.
• Drive automation frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, patching, and incident resolution.
• Use analytics and operational data to optimize efficiency, reliability, and risk reduction.
• Govern IT services using ITIL-based practices including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Asset Management.
• Ensure SLA adherence and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders, GCC leadership, and Truist IT and Security teams.
• Manage strategic IT and security vendors and service providers.
