Job summary

DMart is seeking a SAP FICO professional with 6-8 years of SAP experience to act as primary POC for enhancements and support around SAP FICO. You will troubleshoot master data and financial processes, lead the support team, manage projects, and ensure knowledge transfer to the support group.

Candidates should be capable of drafting requirements and evaluating vendor solutions, while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years SAP experience with FICO
• Experience in SAP FICO support and project leadership
• Ability to train end users and manage KT and handovers

Responsibilities

• Primary POC for enhancements and support around SAP FICO
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data and financial processes (Finalization of accounts, Financial statements, Asset management, depreciation, taxes and cost center accounting)
• Lead and manage support teams for the mentioned processes
• Plan, manage and execute projects with risk mitigation and stakeholder updates
• Maintain project documentation and deliver KT to support teams
• Lead enhancements and project teams; conduct testing and business process reviews
• Draft requirements, RFPs/RFQs and evaluate vendor solutions

Job Description

• Primary POC (point of contact) –for enhancements & support in & around SAP FICO.
• Supporting SAP application by trouble shooting & resolving quickly, effectively / escalating (if necessary) around master data and business processes related to Finalization of accounts, Financial statements, Asset management, Depreciation, Commercial Direct /Indirect taxes /levies /duties and Profit & cost centre accounting
• Leads support team related to above associated business processes
• Drive & manage projects (big /small) effectively towards completion in time, using resources judiciously & effectively and high productivity. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans. Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary).
• Maintains all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards
• Handling over of the enhancement /project to support team with KT
• Leads enhancement & project team related to above associated business processes
• Training team and end users
• Testing of changes
• Does business process study with the help of business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners &various solutions offerings from vendors.
