Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our Agile team who can work until 12.30 AM IST. You will guide the team through the Scrum process, facilitate daily collaboration, and help remove any roadblocks that slow down progress. The ideal candidate acts as a coach and servant leader, fostering an environment of self-organization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead and organize Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Remove Impediments: Actively identify, track, and resolve obstacles or bottlenecks that hinder the team’s progress.
• Coach and Mentor: Guide the team and broader organization on Agile/Scrum principles, values, and best practices.
• Support the Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner with product backlog management, grooming, and ensuring clear goal alignment.
• Promote Collaboration: Foster a transparent, trusting, and accountable team culture that encourages open communication.
• Track and Report Performance: Monitor team metrics (like velocity and KPIs) and communicate project updates or risks to stakeholders.
