Candidates should have hands-on experience with endpoint tools (Zscaler Dex, Nexthink), ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Remedy), ITIL, and PM tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps); excellent communication and stakeholder/vendor management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience.
• 3+ years managing endpoint tools (Zscaler Dex/Nexthink/1E Tachyon/SysTrack).
• Exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX) with platform and admin certifications.
• ITIL foundation certification.
• Project Management tools – JIRA, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance in the DEX tool.
• Drive automation initiatives and implement improvements.
• Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environment.
• Analyze data per use case needs.
• Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents.
• Manage customer/stakeholder relationships and provide cross-functional support.

Technical Experience:

• Must have 10+ years of IT experience,
• 3+ years in managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex/ Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack.
