Job summary

Codeforce 360 is seeking a senior IT/OT integration leader to drive end-to-end digital transformation in manufacturing environments. You will collaborate with business, engineering, and IT teams to define requirements and solution roadmaps, while managing architecture, networks, and data flows across OT and IT ecosystems.

You will guide Level 2 integration efforts, oversee governance and vendor management, and lead workshops and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT/OT Integration, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT Architecture, OT Networks, OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, Historian, LIMS, ERP, and Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and program delivery experience.
• Experience managing global teams and multi-vendor engagements.
• Pharma/Life Sciences/Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CSV, GxP, and regulated manufacturing preferred.
