Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Automation/OT environments.
• Experience designing and implementing Industrial Control Systems for regulated manufacturing or biopharma contexts.
• Familiarity with GAMP 5 and FDA/compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, and commission PLCs, SCADA/HMI, and DCS configurations.
• Integrate OT systems with validated processes and quality systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation solutions in regulated environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Process, and Manufacturing.

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Automation / OT Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Industrial Control Systems for regulated manufacturing or biopharmaceutical environments.

Key Skills:

• PLC Programming (Siemens TIA Portal, CODESYS, Rockwell Studio 5000)
• SCADA/HMI (WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Ignition, iFix)
• Industrial Communication Protocols (OPC UA/DA, Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
• DCS (DeltaV or Siemens PCS7)
• GAMP 5, GxP, FDA compliance
• Commissioning, troubleshooting, and OT system integration

Preferred Skills:

• REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, GitHub
• SQL Server, .NET
• ISA-88/95 standards

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant Industrial Automation/OT experience.
